www envy

talking design, wbar is the station of barnard college (the women's college associated with columbia u) and is the student run station affiliated with both schools. their website is fairly simple, straightforward, and contains much of the kind of stuff we've talked about (blog-look, playlists, etc): http://www.wbar.org/

what other community/university radio websites look pretty?

This might be a good space to list our role models--stations we can research and contact about their sites, blogs, and streams.

Since no one claimed this one at the meeting last night, I'll stake out WFMU...

I don't have the station names on me, but Emily's got two stations in Houston...

Dominic's got WPRB in Princeton...

Others...?

I have to give a shout out to my alma mater UNC-CH. WUNC is part of North Carolina Public Radio so it has a different support network than WTJU, but the programming is amazing and the site is informative.
