After 14 years up here at Wowsville, it seems that we can still find new ways to screw up. Yes, it's true — cue music — I WAS A NO SHOW LAST WEEK! It was the first time in forever that there was static instead of a Radio Wowsville on Sunday night at WTJU — and I'm feeling mighty bad about that. Yeah, yeah, I was confused because of the endtime of the Jazz marathon but that's no excuse.
During Sunday night's broadcast, I apologized profusely for my transgressions, gave away two Neil Hamburger tickets to curry favor with listeners, and played a somewhat apologetic set of tunes.
