wow. after a rockin' dance party at the tea bazaar, many of the principals showed up at the Teej bright and EARLY for the preview extravaganza. giant boatloads of thanks are due to dave "open all night" moore, the velvet ("the bagel angel"), lady d ("smooth operator"), matthew "the kid eats later" simon, and colin "double duty" powell for hangin' tough at the crack of dawn. a beautiful crescent moon and brilliant venus kept us company on the way over, and we henceforth brought the rock, trying to preview as many shows as possible and play as many promos as we could. we even got some pledges, and felt the love of diner staffs across cville. by which i mean Blue Moon (yeah maggie - made our day)! just a taste of the wonders yet to come. which is to say, TUNE IN and throw some coins to the Teej, doin' it for you since 1957.
